Canadians and Americans unite on Victoria Day at K Restaurant in College Park for the inaugural North of the Border Bash, a charitable culinary event in support of the Kevin Fonzo Foundation, a non-profit devoted to growing the Edible Schoolyard movement in Central Florida.

Three of Central Florida's finest chefs – Hari Pulapaka (Cress Restaurant in DeLand), Tim Dacey (Capa Steakhouse at the Four Seasons Resort) and Austin Boyd (Seito Sushi in Baldwin Park) – put their thinking toques on and battle it out in the historic Poutine Palooza, the first culinary event of its kind in Orlando.

Guests will get the opportunity to sample the classic Canadian dish concocted by each of the chefs, then vote for their favorite, along with a panel of five Canadian judges. Attendees can sample Canadian beer, wine and whiskey as well as delectable desserts found only in the Great White North. We will also have Tim Hortons coffee!!!

In addition, raffles, live music and few Canadian-themed surprises are sure to make this a memorable celebration of all things Canuck.
