We welcome Twin Cities brokers to attend our North Loop Industrious Broker Happy Hour & Open House! Join us at 323 N Washington Ave #200, Minneapolis, MN, on June 11, 2025 from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM for an afternoon of connecting with the Industrious Minneapolis Team, tours of our available enterprise suite, and the Industrious space at large. Frequently asked questions

Where may I park?

Street parking on Washington, or Ramp C, are good options for longer stays (over three hours). For shorter visits, there are metered spots right in front of the T3 building—just a heads-up that the parking manager does keep a close eye on the meters!

How may I access Industrious?

When you arrive, you’ll find us on the 2nd floor of the T3 building. Just take the elevator up to floor 2, and you’ll walk right into our space. You will not be able to access us from the stairwell.
