The nonprofit sector needs resilient and knowledgeable leaders to deliver integral services, especially as nonprofits are asked to do more with less and burnout has led to staff turnover. CEN's Nonprofit Leadership Certificate Boot Camp is an inclusive opportunity to learn from industry experts, explore the nonprofit business model, develop/augment management skills, and gain a robust toolkit of resources to excel and sustain yourself in a nonprofit career. Additionally, we've embedded timely content (coping resources, change management, and fundraising strategies, etc.) to address current challenges. All of our virtual offerings are equity-based and designed to be supportive environments where participants can forge new connections with peers.
