The New Orleans Operations Collective is a semester-long learning community designed specifically for school site operational leaders.

Each month, we’ll gather for guided peer learning, reflection, and problem-solving aligned to the school operations cycle. Together, we’ll share best practices, troubleshoot challenges, and build a stronger community of operations professionals who “get it.”
