Presented by Veterans Transition Support – Live on Zoom
This free training course is open to veterans, active-duty service members, and military spouses and offers a comprehensive introduction to Accident Investigation and OSHA Recordkeeping practices.
Participants will receive scenario-based instruction and hands-on practice using key forms, including:
- UCSD Accident Investigation Form
- OSHA 300 Log
- OSHA 300A Annual Summary
- OSHA 301 Incident Report
These documents will be listed on the certificate as part of the demonstrated competencies.
