What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

No hotel airport shuttle service is available, but other options include SuperShuttle, Orlando Shuttle Service, taxis, and Uber/Lyft.

What's the refund policy?

No refunds will be processed after August 30, 2020. Refund requests must be made/postmarked by August 30th, 2020.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, bringing your printed ticket will help speed up the check-in process at the conference.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
