Join us for Week 3 of NLP Talks, where we explore the language of influence and the mechanics of internal change.

After last week’s focused work on the Meta Model, we’re now shifting into the hypnotic elegance of the Milton Model—the art of artfully vague language that unlocks the unconscious mind. Whether you’re a coach, a creative, or simply curious about how language shapes experience, this session will help you tap into the subtle power of suggestion and layered meaning.

We’ll also go deeper into Anchoring, one of NLP’s most immediately useful tools. Learn how to create emotional triggers on purpose, shift state in the moment, and give your future self access to the best parts of you—on demand.

What to expect this week:

  • Live practice and partner exercises
  • Real-world uses of Milton patterns in coaching, communication, and healing
  • Anchoring demonstrations and installation techniques
  • Handouts, cheat sheets, and take-home tools

Location: VisionQuest, Phoenix

Time: 6:30–8:00 PM

Cost: $25

Whether you’re brand new to NLP or deep into your practitioner journey, this is a welcoming space to learn, experiment, and connect.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be a hypnotist to use the Milton Model?

Nope! If you’ve ever told a bedtime story, dodged a question, or comforted a friend—you’ve already used it. We’re just making it conscious.

What exactly is anchoring—and can I use it on myself?

Anchoring is like installing emotional buttons you can push on purpose. And yes, you can absolutely use it to calm nerves, boost confidence, or even remember joy.

What if I missed the first two weeks?

Jump in! Each week stands alone while still building on core concepts. You’ll catch up faster than you think—and we’ll help.
