Nip & Dip 5K

Join us for a day of community, connection, and support as we come together for the NIP charity!

This event brings people of all ages and abilities together for a relaxed, conversational 5K, followed by an optional cold-water dip for those who want to take the plunge. Whether you’re running, walking, dipping, cheering from the sidelines, or just showing up to be part of something positive, your presence makes a difference.

There will be plenty of prizes, good vibes, and opportunities to learn more about the work NIP is doing to support body confidence, health, and awareness. You don’t need to be a runner or a swimmer — just come as you are, bring your energy, and enjoy a day that’s all about unity, support, and fun.

The Nipple Innovation Project (NiP) is the UK’s first mastectomy tattoo charity. Their mission is simple but powerful: to restore confidence for people after mastectomy surgery through funded, long-lasting, realistic areola tattoos, created by expert medical tattoo professionals.
