It is a restorative based class! That means one big feel good full body stretch. We dive into breaking up the fascia and giving special attention to your tendons and ligaments to provide you a restorative experience! One that feels absolutely refreshing

Doors open at 730pm to come in, roll up, and socialize! Your city is in here Cleveland! networking is encouraged

830pm we start a full body stretch and are floating out the doors by 930pm
