Join Michael Dylan Foster, Professor of Japanese Folklore at the University of California, Davis, and Virginia Kuhn, Ph.D, Professor of the Practice of Cinematic Arts, Media Arts + Practice Division, and Associate Director of the Institute for Multimedia Literacy at USC as they discuss the cultural and spiritual legacies of yokai in Japan and beyond. Meher McArthur, Curator and Scholar of Japanese Art moderates this panel discussion.

Stay for a costume contest, music, and Japanese-inspired treats following the discussion. Presented with the Japanese American Cultural & Community Center and USC Trojan Anime Culture.
