Night of the Inner Light

Through a healing immersion designed to help you tap into your highest self & to let your inner light shine, you'll be guided through breathwork followed by a chiropractic adjustment & reiki healing.

Facilitated by the doctors of Mäna Chiropractic Dunedin & Amanda Flaherty, reiki master.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle into the space.

What to expect: A chiropractic adjustment facilitated by one of our doctors, guided breathwork, & reiki healing facilitated by Amanda.

What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything else you'll need to be comfortable laying on the floor for breathwork & reiki healing.
