New Construction Financing and Contract Clauses
Buying a new construction home can be an exciting adventure, but the process is much different than if you were buying an existing home.
With that in mind, the process requires as much attention to details. Along with costs, another factor consider with new construction is the builder's contract clauses, re-fundability of money, how much can you buyer afford, does the buyer's credit report meet the loan program guidelines, etc.
Let's help the buyer make sure they understand what they are signing in a binding contract that involves large sums of money and it encompasses everything they were expecting.
