We’ve been locked out. Now we’re building the key and your support helps us open doors for others.
Join us on Saturday, May 30, 2025 from 6 PM – 9 PM at Rochdale Community Center for an evening of cocktails, community, and collective action. This is our first fundraiser and it’s powered by a $1,000 grassroots budget and a mission to build digital tools and direct support for NYC residents navigating housing systems and voucher delays.
We’re not waiting on systems to save us. We’re creating our own.™
Why It Matters
Right now in NYC:
- Families are losing vouchers because they can’t find landlords fast enough
- People are denied housing due to lack of Wi-Fi, a printer, or follow-up support
- Affordable housing exists but is nearly impossible to access without help
That’s where NextKey™ comes in.
We’re creating solutions like a housing help hotline, digital guides, and hands-on support to help our neighbors go from stuck to supported.

Our Goal:
We aim to raise $2,500 to fund resources for over 50 local residents including support guides, outreach, and pilot hotline services.
Ticket Options
General Admission – $15
Includes entry, finger food, and 1 cocktail or mocktail
(No raffle included)
Supporter Admission – $25
Includes entry, finger food, 2 cocktails or mocktails, and 1 raffle ticket
VIP Admission – $40
Includes entry, finger food, 3 cocktails or mocktails, 2 raffle tickets, priority seating, and discounts on drink refills

NextKey™ Housing Access Foundation is currently applying for 501(c)(3) status. While donations are not yet tax-deductible, all proceeds go directly toward housing access programs for underserved New Yorkers.
Donate at the event and receive a receipt for IRS reporting.
Parking & Directions:
Free parking is available in the IDEALS Parking Lot, located in the small mall within Rochdale Village. When you arrive, ask security for Building 18 and they’ll guide you. The venue is also accessible via the Q111 and Q113 bus lines.
