What do I wear and bring for class?

Flexible/ loose clothes help with movement. Women can wear flats or mid-heel shoes. Shoes with leather bottom will help with gliding/movements on the floor. Avoid running shoes and shoes with rubber bottom. Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated!

I don't have a partner, can i still participate?

Yes, we ask students to rotate partners during the class. Everyone gets a chance to practice the steps.
