What time should I arrive with my baby?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of class to settle in.

Do I need to bring anything?

Yes! Please bring your baby and a beach/bath towel or soft blanket to fold and place on the floor for your baby to lie on. This class is hands-on, and we will be sitting on a carpeted floor.

Will supplies or handouts be provided to me?

Yes! Massage oils and handouts will be available during your class.
