Yes — if you give us at least 7 days’ notice, you may reschedule for a $25 fee. We’re unable to accommodate rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the class, and your registration fee will be forfeited.

All requests must be made in writing via email to hello@doulasofnorthcounty.com. This helps us process changes in a timely and accurate way.

If we need to cancel (due to low enrollment or an instructor emergency), you’ll receive a full refund or may transfer to another class at no charge.

If you cancel 7 days or more before the class, you’ll receive a refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the class are non-refundable due to limited spots and prep time. No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
