Newbery St. MIT Latte Lab Cupping
By Newbery Street Coffee Roasters
Overview
Join us at Newbery St. for a chill MIT Latte Lab cupping session and experience some of the greatest Panamanian coffees.
Newbery St. × MIT Latte Lab Cupping
A secret cupping where great coffee meets great people. This invitation-only session will take place in Room 102, MIT Building 8, 21 Ames St., Cambridge, MA 02139.
We’ll be tasting one of the finest coffees from Lost Origin, Panama—a producer pushing the boundaries of what Panamanian coffee can be.
From farm to lab, this session marks a new chapter in coffee innovation, where craft-brew techniques meet world-class terroir. The legend of Lost Origin first shined on the global stage when Martin Wölfl won the 2024 World Brewers Cup using a Lost Origin Gesha. Now, you’ll get to experience that excellence firsthand.
Note:
- At the end of the session, we’ll have a tip jar for optional contributions to help support the import of this green coffee from Panama.
- Please bring your own small cupping cup if you have a preferred one. If not, paper cups will be provided. You’re also welcome to bring your cupping spoon, but please note that coffee will be transferred into a paper cup before you use your spoon.
