Newark Seen is a powerful new exhibition presented by Fireworx and St. Clare’s Social Services, showcasing the work of 15 emerging local photographers—many of whom are Newark residents navigating housing insecurity.

Through their lenses, these artists capture the resilience, humanity, and spirit of life in Newark. Their photographs are raw, reflective, and remarkably real—offering intimate perspectives on community and survival in our city.

Opening Reception Friday, November 21st | 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Artfront Galleries, 44 William Street, Downtown Newark, NJ 07102

Join us to experience these powerful stories through art. In lieu of art sales, Fireworx will gratefully accept donations in support of the program. Light refreshments will be served.

Additional viewing hours will be announced at the opening.
