Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I get a refund for my ticket? Sorry, we are not able to issue refunds for New Year’s Eve tickets.

What time should I arrive? Doors will be open 8:30 - 10pm. The doors close promptly at 10pm.

Do you have a coat check? Yes, there will be a limited coat check available.

Do I have to print my ticket? You can either print your ticket or display it on your phone via the emailed tickets from Eventbrite or the Eventbrite app.

What is the dress code? Dress to impress! Dress code is cocktail casual - dresses, skirts, suits or khakis. No sneakers, hats, jerseys or hoodies.

Can I buy tickets from my friends? Yes, just be sure to have your friend update the name on the ticket via Eventbrite, or they can email info@harpboston.com with changes. The original ticket buyer must make the name change request and specify which NYE party the ticket is for.

Can I buy tickets from another attendee via Facebook, Craigslist or another website? Purchase at your own risk! We cannot guarantee entry for any tickets purchased from another source.

What does proper ID mean? This event is 21+ with proper ID required. Proper ID means a non-expired Passport, US Driver’s License or Military ID.
