What is included in the ticket price?

Lunch includes soup (chicken with wild rice and veggies), shared snack plates, and beverages. Your ticket also covers the cost of facilitation, art supplies, and sauna use.

Do I have to sauna? Where will I change?

Sauna is included but optional. Bathrooms are available for changing; bring warm clothes. You may leave after the sauna if you prefer to take your art activity to go.

What is the COVID policy for this event?

All guests are encouraged to test for COVID within 24 hours of the event. If you are experiencing symptoms or feel unwell, please stay home to protect yourself and the community.

Four hours seems like a long time, will we be sitting the whole time?

This event is designed intentionally to support different needs, bodies, and learning styles! There will be spacious breaks, opportunities to stretch/stand/move around the room.

Enjoy a community soup lunch, a collective ritual for renewal, the chance to create your 2026 BINGO card, and a guided outdoor sauna experience. Created as a soft landing and supportive start to the year for those not always held in mainstream wellness spaces, this gathering is designed by and for queer, trans, and fat folks and the allies who love them.
