January 8th Cooking class - Whole Foods Cooking, 6:30-8:30, $125 pp
Join us as we craft a complete Farm to Table Meal with Hemma Kitchen's Chef Molly Healey. This is a great way to kick off the New Year, with an eye towards healthy, whole foods that are delicious and full of flavor. Recipes will include:
Parmesan artichoke dip with garlic herb crostini and crispy broccoli dippers
Warm kale salad with roasted squash, shaved parm, Brussels sprouts, bacon, maple- balsamic vinaigrette
Miso-blistered carrots w/pomegranate glaze and toasted hazelnuts
Roasted chicken pieces w/cauliflower puree, braised leeks and garlic chimichurri
Chickpea Blondie Skillet w/vanilla cream
