Arrive at noon for check-in. Our official kickoff begins at 1 PM as we move through a series of intentional mental and physical challenges designed to elevate your energy, dissolve fear, and prepare your mind and body for the evening’s fire walk. Throughout the day, you’ll experience transformational exercises such as board breaking, energy regulation practices, trust exercises, and building the fire itself, each one designed to help you confront your limits and rise beyond them. Group coaching is woven throughout the entire experience to help you see your patterns clearly because how you do one thing is how you do everything.
