7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Guided Journaling & Intention Setting
Reflect on the past year with meaningful journaling prompts and craft your personal intentions for the year ahead. This segment will include:
- Reflection exercises
- Vision-building prompts
- A supportive and calming environment to explore your goals
