Access to resort: 45-60min drive to/from airport; taxicabs, vans are available. Flights are not included in conference pricing. Airport van transportation is included in the cost, which we will book for you (unless you plan and choose to book a different mode of transportation that you will cover).

Passports: PASSPORTS ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER MEXICO. Ensure that your passport does not expire within 6 months of conference dates.

CONFERENCE PACKAGE OPTIONS:

• Room in a shared casita with SINGLE ROOM + conference--perfect option for a couple or singles that will share a bed.
• Room in a shared casita with (2) BEDS room + conference--perfect option for couple in separate beds, or singles that don't mind sharing a room with someone.
• I'LL BOOK MY OWN ROOM option where you handle your own lodging and transportation and attend the workshops, group meals, etc

FAQs:

• This sounds AMAZING! How do I reserve my spot? Your Eventbrite ticket purchase includes your guestroom reservation and conference registration. If you're interested instead in a monthly payment plan, reach out to Doc directly at docswiner@gmail.com
• What about flights and airport shuttles? Reserve flights with your preferred airline. Viator is a resource for shuttles to/from SJD. DocSwiner is not affiliated with Viator or shuttle services.
• I'd like to book my own room. I own a timeshare in Cabo OR might use travel points. Can I do that? Absolutely! We completely understand. I'LL BOOK MY OWN ROOM PACKAGE. Register in advance here on Eventbrite (see "Tickets"). Meet us at the main villa to join the #NewYearNewYouCabo festivities at our resort.
• If I book today and need to cancel, will I get a refund? Du​​​​​​​e to contractual agreements with the resort and casita rentals, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, along with changes or cancellations of the resort due to illness restrictions.
• What if international travel is restricted due to illnesses? We will adhere to CDC travel guidelines and communicate with attendees accordingly.
• Are you requiring attendees to be vaccinated? This is a WELLNESS RETREAT - your health is priority! We strongly urge all attendees to be Covid anf flu vaccinated and boosted. We are requiring that ALL conference attendees present negative COVID-19 test results from diagnostic tests taken no more than 3 days before travel. We recommend that travelers who are not fully vaccinated continue to wear a mask on planes, trains and ubers when traveling.

•Dinner on your own or with the group on the main campus of Quivira resort.

SATURDAY:

•Zumba hour.

•Self-care and intention setting workshop w/ Doc and keynote speaker with light breakfast. Men and partners may attend or schedule golf or outside excursions.

•Free time for your massages, IV treatments or pool time.

•Group chef-catered dinner at the Main Casita.

SUNDAY:

•Yoga hour.

•Group chef-catered Sunday brunch at Main Casita and group dinner out on the town or on resort.

•Free time.

•Sunset yacht party w/food and drinks and fun times in downtown Cabo.

MONDAY:

•Wrap up and departure
