New Year, New Vision: A Creative Intention Workshop
Overview
Are you ready to manifest your New Year’s intentions?
Join us for an inspiring Vision Board and Journaling Workshop designed to help you gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and manifest what you want from yourself and your life in the year ahead.
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation followed by guided journaling exercises to help you discover what you truly want to cultivate in your life in the coming year. Afterward, you’ll transition into creating a personalized vision board using magazine clippings and a variety of art materials.
Your instructor, Julie Rickard, has been teaching intuitive art classes in the community for decades. With her guidance, you’ll move through a creative and reflective journey that leaves you with both a written vision and a meaningful art piece to support and inspire you throughout the year.
Studies show that practices like journaling and visualization help build routine, strengthen accountability, and increase long-term success for those looking to stick to new habits or create positive change.
All materials are included in the class fee. You are welcome to bring any special items you’d like to incorporate into your vision board. Small journals will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
