New Year, New Beginnings: Journaling Workshop

By Angelika

Overview

Reflect on 2025, release what no longer serves you, and set clear intentions for 2026 in a supportive, grounding journaling circle.

Event Description

This is a space created for individuals who value self-reflection, growth, and expressive journaling. Whether you're experienced or just beginning your journey, this workshop offers a supportive environment to explore your inner voice and connect with others on a similar path.

This gathering is centered around reflecting on 2025.. what served you, what challenged you, and what you’re ready to leave behind. Together, we’ll identify what you want to carry into 2026 and define your main focus, goal, or intention for the year ahead. Through guided prompts, personal writing time, and small partner/group reflections, you’ll have the chance to look inward, gain clarity, and set meaningful direction for the new year.

This is a judgment free, open, and safe space where like minded individuals come together to grow within community. I will guide the prompts, support discussions, and help gently facilitate reflection when needed.

The purpose is presence, honesty, and connection.

If you’re ready to prioritize your growth, honor the year that has passed, and step into 2026 with intention and grace, this workshop is for you.

Join us as we reflect, write, release, and realign. Your next chapter begins here.

About Your Host

Angelika is a wellness-focused creative who is passionate about intentional living, mental health, and self-development. Through her content and community work, she encourages others to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. She shares her journey on her social media channel, discussing mental health and encouraging vulnerability, creating an open and supportive space for others. Her approach is rooted in empathy—shaped by her own experiences navigating mental health—which allows her to hold space gently and authentically.

She has a diverse background in fitness, wellness, finance, sales, management, and entrepreneurship, including operating her own Airbnb business. These experiences have given her a deep understanding of the pressures and demands of modern life, both personally and professionally. Having guided friends and peers through reflection and self-development, Angelika brings that insight into her workshops. She is not a formal expert, but someone who has walked the path herself, offering perspective, guidance, and the will to help others while fostering opportunities to help evolve one another.

Outside of hosting workshops, Angelika enjoys yoga, journaling, creating art, and exploring psychology. She believes in the power of community, shared experiences, and simple practices that support self-awareness and healing.

In her workshops, Angelika blends structure with softness—offering prompts, discussions, and guided reflections to help participants gain clarity, set meaningful intentions, and feel supported on their personal growth journey.
