Does your child or teen have a passion for creative writing? Unleash their imagination with our Fun and Engaging Writing Sessions designed for young writers aged 7 to 17!

Moor Imagination is offering two fantastic, interactive sessions that will inspire creativity, boost confidence, and let their ideas soar.

📚 For Young Writers (Ages 7 - 12)

  • Creative writing sessions designed to spark imagination in young minds
  • When: First Thursday of every month, 10 AM - 11 AM
  • Cost: £5 per session (First session FREE!)

Whether they're writing short stories, poetry, or the next big novel, these sessions are a perfect outlet for young writers to express themselves, make new friends, and develop their skills.

When you join one of our workshops, you can expect a warm welcome and a friendly environment. We believe all people are creative and that everybody deserves the chance to explore their imaginations in a safe space.

There will be writing games and exercises, the chance to write and share your work (or not if you’re feeling shy!) Lots of practical tips and advice on how to plot a story, create characters and how to tackle writers’ block.

As well as tea and biscuits because it’s my belief that no writing endeavor is complete without a cuppa.

Our workshops take place in a variety of venues, most recently Okehampton Library, The Ockment Center and Exeter Library.

We can also provide bespoke workshops, away day writing sessions and educational courses for all ages, both for conventional and homeschool classes.
