Nearly 44% of new teachers leave the profession within the first five years, and many begin considering leaving as early as October, after the first nine weeks. Burnout, lack of support, and classroom management challenges are among the top reasons.
The New Teachers on the Block Conference exists to interrupt that cycle. This free conference gives teachers the chance to reset, reflect, and recharge before burnout takes root. By focusing on systems and routines, student relationships, and classroom culture, participants leave with practical solutions, renewed confidence, and a supportive community—all designed to help them stay in the classroom, thrive in their practice, and finish the semester strong.
Date: October 18, 2025
Time: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
