About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

New parent community circle for queer and trans folx of all genders.

Centering BIPOC, POC and allies with children three years old and younger.

We will be gathering monthly in a facilitator-lead circle to openly share about the joys and challenges of being a new parent/caregiver while building community with other queer families.

Our mission is to create a safe container to ensure that all voices have equal opportunity to be heard - there will be no cross-talk or advice giving during the feeling-centered sharing process.

***We are simultaniously building our conversation around parenting-hacks, resources, announcements and everyday support on our private whatsapp group.

***MEETING IN OUR NEW LOCATION AT THE CHAVEZ BRANCH OF THE OAKLAND PUBLIC LIBRARY!

  • Take elevator up to the second floor and the library staff will direct you to our meeting room.

AUGUST 10 - 11-12:30pm
