Do I need any experience with tea ceremonies or rituals to join?

Not at all! This ceremony is welcoming to beginners and seasoned seekers alike. Just bring your tea, journal, and open heart.

What do I need to prepare for the event?

A quiet space, your favorite tea, a mug or cup, and a journal or notebook. Feel free to set the mood with candles or cozy items.

This is a spiritual and reflective gathering rooted in mindfulness and self-awareness, open to all beliefs and backgrounds.

You’re welcome to participate silently or share during optional reflection moments. No pressure at all—just come as you are.
