Do I need to bring anything to this event?

Yes, please bring or wear socks. We are a shoes off, socks on studio. We provide everything else you need but if you'd like you can bring a personal size blanket.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds or transfers to other events. You are welcome to give your ticket to someone else if you can't make the event.

How do I participate in this event?

Accepted Answer

All participants lie on the floor for this event. If anyone is unable to get down to floor, lie there for the entire sound bath, and get back up again without assistance they must contact us before registering to discuss their other options.
