New Moon Primal Flow & Cosmic Guidance

Gather in community for an evening of movement, reflection, and lunar alignment. We’ll begin with a collective card pull and insights into the astrology of the New Moon, followed by guided journaling to anchor intentions and connect with the energy of this lunar cycle.

From there, you’ll move through Primal Flow — a yoga practice that blends vinyasa sequencing with primal movement, elemental themes, and purposeful breathwork. This practice is designed to reconnect you to your natural rhythm, release stuck energy, and restore balance in body and mind.

We’ll close with a guided meditation and a nourishing sound bath savasana, creating space to integrate, realign, and receive the fresh beginnings the New Moon offers.

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to allow us to have the space fully set up for your arrival!

Bring a yoga mat, journal, water bottle or cozy beverage of your choice, along with anything youd like to keep in your space as we flow through the evening!
