Together, we’ll explore the grounding energy of the season through candle-making, guided meditation, a mindful body scan, and intention setting. You’ll pour your own 12 oz soy candle, choosing your scent and adorning it with crystals selected to align with your energy and the season’s shift.

Each guest will also receive a spirit animal fidget and journal prompts to help release what no longer serves and invite in renewal as we move toward winter.
