Combine New Moon energy, Conscious Connected Breathwork, oracle spreads, crystal singing bowls, and journaling to set your intentions and clear your energy in this two-hour New Moon Group Breathwork Class in Houston.

In this journey, I'll guide you through a New Moon Soundbath Breathwork session.​
• ​​After a brief introduction, ​we'll use a New Moon Oracle spread for your guidance reading to check in with your energy.
• Then, I'll demonstrate the breathwork technique.
• We'll do 25-30 minutes of active, Conscious Connected Breathing. During the breathwork, I'll guide you with personalized affirmations.
• You'll let out a few yells or vocalizations when I cue you to release some energy.
• Then, you'll have about 10-15 minutes of resting and a sound bath with crystal singing bowls.
• Afterward, you'll have 10-15 minutes of processing and journaling.
• If you wish, you'll have time to process and share your experience verbally in the last few minutes with the group.

• Space is limited to 3 people per session.
• Workbooks, mats, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, and oracle decks will be provided.

After a brief introduction, ​we'll do Oracle guidance readings . After demonstrating the breathwork technique, I'll guide you through 30-45 minutes of active breathwork practice. Then, you'll have about 15-20 minutes of resting, processing, movement, and journaling with another oracle card pull.

Mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows will be provided. Bring a journal or notebook to write on and an open mind and heart, ready to explore and connect!

How many people will I be sharing the class with?
