Description

No need to travel all the way to New England when you can create a meal centered on simple seafood dishes like these. Working with a small team, you'll fill the pot with lobsters, clams, corn, sausage, and potatoes and, while that simmers, create Maine-style turnovers filled with crab meat. A rich and creamy, maple-infused dessert will provide the perfect ending to this feast. At the end of class, you'll sit down to enjoy sampling the results of your efforts.

For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 17 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.

21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine that has been paired with your meal.

Menu

  • Crab Turnovers with a Green Salad
  • Lobsters with Potatoes, Corn, Sausage, & Steamers (Clams)
  • Maple Sugar Crème Caramel

Safety & Precautions

  • At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

  • For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
