New Employee Orientation (NEO) Online Training

Welcome to the Team!

As a new city employee, the Office of Talent Development and Performance Management invites you to participate in an online New Employee Orientation.

Follow the steps to complete and receive credit for the New Employee Orientation (NEO) online training:

• Select the Register button on this screen.
• Reserve a spot for the course.
• Return to this screen and select the following link: https://elearning.easygenerator.com/87474eb9-b05d-420f-9361-79b49c7ca94d to access the Orientation online training.
• On the Welcome screen, select Sign Up.
• On the Create Account screen in the Name field, type your name.
• In the Email field, type your city email address.
• In the Password field, (create and) type a password.
• Select the Sign Up button.
• Complete the course.
• If you need to log out, select the icon in the top right corner. Select Log Out.

If you need to log in again, select Log In at the top of the Welcome screen.

• In the Email field, type your city email address.
• In the Password field, type your password.
• Select the Login button.
