New DBE/ACDBE Certification Requirements What You Need to Know Webinar

New USDOT DBE regulations issued on October 3, 2025 required that all currently-certified DBE/ACDBE firms undergo a reevaluation process that focuses on demonstrating social disadvantage for majority owners of these firms. At this interactive training session, review details of these new requirements, scenarios on how to craft a Personal Narrative, and procedures for completing and submitting Personal Narratives. This session, specifically for currently-certified DBEs/ACDBEs in Florida’s Unified Certification Program (UCP), will focus on a deep dive into the regulations, demonstrating social disadvantage, and crafting your Personal Narrative.
