Join ASHE Colorado for an informative Happy Hour at the HDR Denver office.

This presentation will provide a brief overview of modern safety analytics practices in the U.S. and Australia, focusing on both predictive and diagnostic tools. It will introduce new crash prediction models developed for Colorado roundabouts and demonstrate their application using the Vision Zero Suite platform. The presentation will also explore an emerging methodology—derived from Australian data—for reducing broadside crashes at signalized intersections in Colorado. Finally, it will showcase observational before-and-after studies evaluating road safety outcomes on transportation projects in both countries, utilizing U.S. and Australian Safety Performance Functions (SPFs).
