No need to have attended the previous Advanced Jam.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to have participated in the previous Advanced Jam to do this one?

No, this Jam will feature completely different games!

How much does the Advanced Jam cost?

The Jam itself is free, but Aftermath requires a one-drink minimum purchase.

Do I have to register?

Please do, it helps us to plan if we know how many people are likely to attend. But if you didn't register and want to come, come!

Is this a performance or an audition?

No. It's a Jam, for fun, with a touch of workshop.

What happens if I screw up?

You live to improv another day. Everybody has screwed up at one time or another, even the best professionals. Improv is all about sujppporting you fellows players as part of 'yes, and'. Shake it off and go again when you're ready!

Hey, what IS improv?

If you don't already know, this isn't the event for you. It is improvised comedy, made up on the spot by several actors working together.

What should I wear?

Leave the tuxedos and ball gowns at home! (Disappointing, I know!). Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you can move around in easily.

What else do I need to bring?

A sense of fun. If you must, you can bring your stage fright, but we will help you leave it at the door.
