Neurosequential Model in Reflection & Supervision Certification Training
Overview
The 6-month NMRS Training begins with a12-hour "Boot Camp" training (2-days/6 hours each day) on Tuesday & Wednesday, March 17 & 18, 2026 from 9a-4p Pacific Time each day and will include didactic and experiential learning on Dr. Bruce Perry's Neurosequential Model's concepts including functional neurobiology and content related to reflection. Prior Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) training IS NOT required in order to enroll in this training. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are in the NMT Phase III/Mentor training, contact Emily Perry at the Neurosequential Model Network for a discount code.
The Neurosequential Model in Reflection & Supervision (NMRS) is an outgrowth of Dr. Bruce Perry's Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT). Training in the NMRS is designed for providers responsible for or moving into the role of providing reflective supervision for groups or individuals of all disciplines. Reflection is the wellspring of problem solving, generating new ideas, perspective change, invention, advancing one's professional work, processing experiences, etc. Supporting others in this process is guided by awareness of the stress response systems, and attention to regulatory states, co-regulation, and state dependent functioning.
The Boot Camp will launch a 6-month NMRS learning process detailed below:
