Neurodiversity and Implicit Bias with Ranieka Weston, ACC, SHRM-SCP

When we think about our classrooms, Zoom rooms or places of employment, it’s important to consider the differences we can see and think about those who think differently. Neurodiversity is variations, not deficits, within the brain that individualize functional abilities among various situations. In this webinar you will discover the current landscape of neurodiversity and introduce ideas of accommodations and how to limit bias to generate a robust and conducive learning and working environment.

As a seasoned facilitator Ranieka Weston will lead a webinar about neurodiveristy, bias, and allyship. She will discuss:
