Whether you're navigating work, relationships, or everyday life, we'll explore mindset shifts, regulation strategies, and communication tools tailored for neurodivergent minds. Come as you are—this space is for self-discovery, confidence-building, and connection with others who get it.

    Natasha M. Nurse, Esq., is a neurodivergent pathfinder who thrives on storytelling to spark change and understanding. She is a DEI professional, coach, author, podcaster, and content creator. In addition to founding Dressing Room 8, she is also the co-founder of WokeNFree, a groundbreaking podcast that is redefining the conversation on social and cultural issues. Armed with a blend of academic prowess and real-world experience, Natasha has become a sought-after speaker and consultant, guiding organizational change. To join your session, sign up for a free ShareWell account. Just click the link on the Eventbrite session or ticket page, enter your details, skip the payment page if prompted, and register. You’ll get one free PRO session credit!

Welcome! ShareWell is a warm and welcoming peer-to-peer community for mental wellness. We host support groups for people looking to connect with others to overcome similar life challenges.

Ground Rules for ShareWell Peer Support Sessions:

  1. Stay present, compassionate, and respectful. Attend sessions with your video on and arrive on time (group entry closes 5 minutes past start time).
  2. Share your experience, not your advice. Stories and experiences are welcome, but please refrain from telling others what you believe they should do.
  3. Foster Compassion. Actively listen, validate, and support others with kindness. We create a healing environment by lifting others.
