About this event

Overview

NeuroAffective Somatics is a weekly class that invites you to experience your nervous system as an intelligent, adaptive landscape — not something to “regulate,” but something to resonate with.

Blending Chinese Medicine, trauma-informed care, and fascia-based movement, each session guides you into gentle somatic practices, sound, and internal mapping designed to support healing, integration, and curiosity.

You can join live or receive the session by email. No prior experience needed — just a body, breath, and willingness to listen.
