Networking is an important aspect of today's job search, as career opportunities are often secured through community and peer connections; however, it is more than just collecting business cards and contacts. Genuine networking is about building trust and authentic professional relationships. This workshop is designed to help job seekers develop a personalized, low-pressure strategy for building a strong network, whether online or in person. You will learn to focus on shared interests, execute effective follow-ups, and be generous in sharing your own professional insights. Transform your approach to expand your network in a way that is both strategic and true to your personal style.

Led by strategic leader Molly Gilson, who will guide you in developing actionable tools to make a lasting impression and unlock the next step in your journey.
