This session features MADabolic’s Durability workout, a steady grind designed to challenge your stamina and stability. Expect a grueling but rewarding pace at 80% intensity, perfect for those who want to push themselves while building a foundation of strength that lasts.

Whether you're new to MADabolic or a seasoned athlete, this strength-based interval training will meet you where you are — and then take you further.

Please plan to arrive 15 mins early so we can give you a tour and get you all set up for class!

FYI we do lock the doors right when class starts and don't allow late entries for safety reasons! There’s some construction going on right in front of the gym right now. We're in the big white gravel parking lot on your right hand side. The entrance to the lot is right before the road narrows to one lane with all the construction.
