What Happens When You Say “Yes, And…”?

Improv is the art of being OK with the unexpected. The same skills—flexibility, connection, and confidence — used by improv performers to create something from nothing can help us thrive in life, work, and especially networking.

At this month’s Networking & Neurodiversity Happy Hour, we’re partnering with Improv Chattanooga to explore how improv techniques can help you:

  • Feel more confident in unfamiliar conversations
  • Strengthen communication in professional and social spaces
  • Use "yes, and…" to build rapport and navigate unexpected moments with ease

Whether you're looking for a job, growing your network, or simply stepping out socially, this event is for you.

What to Expect:

  • Improv Activities led by seasoned performers from Improv Chattanooga
  • A casual, welcoming environment designed to support neurodivergent professionals
  • Partner tables from inclusive employers and community organizations
  • Happy hour-style snacks and drinks
  • Space to relax, connect, and be yourself

Who’s This For?

  • Neurodivergent and neurotypical professionals
  • Inclusive employers, community advocates, and allies
  • Anyone interested in making authentic connections in a supportive setting

Come as you are. Play a little, connect a lot, and discover how improv can make networking feel a little less awkward—and a lot more fun.

  • Want a resume review? Be sure to bring a digital or printed copy of your resume.
  • Networking with employers and peers
  • Light refreshments + board games by Game On Chattanooga for casual connections

Employers and resource organizations, if you’d like to set up a table please contact Zac Beker, Program Manager. Zac@theenterprisectr.org
