Networking in the real world often begins through virtual connections. Are you presenting yourself effectively in the digital world?

Personal and professional networks, recruitment, thought leadership content, conversations, and business transactions are converging online. Our virtual brands (whatever their state) are becoming increasingly visible – and therefore, even more important.

For some, the idea of building a social media presence feels uncomfortable or overwhelming. Others may already be active on social media, but not fully capitalizing upon strategic opportunities. The truth is that busy women leaders – many of whom have neither the time nor the interest to dedicate themselves full-time to social media – can greatly enhance the impact of their digital brands by beginning with a few simple steps.

Join our esteemed branding experts Lisa Kopp (SAIS MIPP '07) and Dr. Elisse Wright Barnes, and in a hands-on, practical workshop that will offer participants the opportunity to:

  • Critically review their digital presence;

  • Gain insight into future career and industry trends;

  • Identify a “minimum viable content approach to both Influence audience behavior and learn about their needs while advancing their career and/or business goals; and

  • Learn practical tips for leveraging their LinkedIn presence to maximize their personal brands.

Participants of all levels of social media familiarity and use are welcomed. Please bring a laptop, tablet, or other mobile device.

Your registration includes a dinner reception that begins at 6 pm.
