NEST: Retreat Into Winter
Overview
An intimate, one-of-a-kind gathering designed to honor the medicine of winter.
Winter asks us to slow down, to soften, to tend to the inner world. Nest is a special and deeply nourishing retreat designed to help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm of rest and renewal.
In this cozy, heart-centered space, we’ll explore what it means to truly embrace the season rather than resist it — through movement, stillness, journaling, somatic exploration, and delicious seasonal nourishment. This day is a sanctuary from the rush of the holidays — a place to exhale, reflect, and restore – to understand and deepen your relationship with yourself and winter.
All Gender Identities welcome.
