It’s 2AM and you’re wide awake, replaying conversations, solving tomorrow’s problems, carrying the weight of everyone else’s needs. The more you try to force yourself back to sleep, the further away rest feels. Sound familiar? Here’s the truth: you can’t think your way back to sleep. But you can shift your body state.

In this 2-hour workshop, longtime KALO member and Nervous System Specialist Carolyn Kubena will guide you into a body-based method that interrupts the spiral and helps you return to deep, restorative rest.

As a longtime KALO member, she knows this community’s strength firsthand. This workshop is her way of giving back, sharing tools that bring calm to the very moments when nothing else seems to help.
