In this session, we will explore various meditative art techniques to settle your nervous system and promote relaxation. Through guided exercises that will involve a mix of drawing and painting, you will learn how to connect with your intuition and tap into a meditative state. No prior artistic experience is required – just an open mind and a willingness to explore. Grab the art supplies listed below and get ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and tranquility. SUPPLIES:

- ~5 sheets of mixed media or watercolor paper, 8x10ish size

- Watercolor paint, brushes, water cup

- Permanent marker (multiple sizes if possible!)

- any other art supplies you may wish to use

- Optional but highly recommend: BLUE BLOCKER GLASSES! the goal of this workshop is to help support feelings of relaxation and ease, likely before bedtime. In order to support our sleep health while participating in a digital event, blue blocker glasses may help curb the impact of the blue light from the screen.
